What we collect
When you contact us, we collect:
- Name, email address, phone number
- Property address (or neighborhood) of the unit you want serviced
- Information about the unit and the work you need
- Payment information (collected via secure third-party processors; we don't store credit card numbers)
When you visit our website, we also collect basic analytics (page views, browser type, general location) via Netlify Analytics. We don't use third-party trackers like Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and provide a quote
- Schedule and perform turnover work at your property
- Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates by text message (only if you provide a phone number — see "Text messages" below)
- Send invoices and process payments
- Follow up about completed work or request feedback
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it for marketing beyond responding to your specific inquiry.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your phone number through our contact form, you are opting in to receive text messages from Key Turnover Company. These messages are limited to your service inquiry, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, and account-related communications.
Message frequency varies depending on the stage of your project. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How long we keep it
Contact and project records are kept for 7 years for tax and insurance purposes, then deleted. Email correspondence is kept for 2 years. You can request earlier deletion by emailing hello@keyturnover.com.
Who has access
Only Key Turnover employees and contractors directly involved in your project have access to your information. Our subcontractors (cleaning crews, painters, locksmiths) get only the information necessary to complete their portion of the work.

Your rights
