The OSU off-campus cycle is the most compressed turn window in Columbus: leases run August to July, and nearly every unit in the University District turns inside the same two weeks before fall semester. The city even runs temporary junk drop-off sites in late July and early August because of the volume of move-out debris.
Our OSU program reserves August-cycle slots in booking order. We pre-walk your units in June and July, pre-order paint and materials, then run crews street-by-street: junk and furniture out first, then paint and repairs, then move-out deep clean, then a photo report per unit.
Landlords with multiple University District, Clintonville, or Olde Towne East properties get building-by-building sequencing and one summary invoice for the entire cycle. Mid-year turns and May cycles are handled year-round.
