- Professional listing photos — 15-25 high-resolution photos taken with proper wide-angle gear and lighting. Suitable for Zillow, Apartments.com, MLS, or any direct-list platform. Delivered as a digital folder + cloud link your agent can pull from.
- Lockbox installation — we install a coded lockbox at the entry, configure the code, and document the location and access process for your agent or self-show platform (Tenant Turner, Rently, ShowMojo, etc.)
- Listing prep handoff — written summary of the unit's features for your agent (square footage confirmed, amenities documented, paint colors noted)
- Photography re-shoot guarantee — if any photo doesn't work for you, we'll re-shoot at no charge within 7 days
