How professional are the listing photos?+
Real-estate-grade. We shoot with a wide-angle lens, tripod, and HDR exposure bracketing for even lighting. 15-25 photos covering every room, exterior shots, and a few detail shots. Photos are edited (color correction, brightness, perspective straightening) and delivered as a cloud folder ready to drop into any listing platform.
Can I use the photos on multiple platforms?+
Yes. The photos are yours — use them on Zillow, Apartments.com, your own website, MLS, social media, anywhere. We don't watermark them or restrict your use.
What lockbox system do you use?+
We can install whatever system you specify, or recommend one if you don't have a preference. Master Lock (cheap, manual), or SmartCode/SimpliSafe (electronic) are common picks. If you use a self-show service like Rently, Tenant Turner, or ShowMojo, we install their hardware and configure access.
Do you handle the listing copy or just the photos?+
We provide a written unit summary with square footage, room dimensions, amenities, paint colors, recent updates. Your agent or you write the actual listing copy — we don't ghostwrite that. But everything they need to write a great listing is documented and handed over.
